Features in High-speed Slotting Machine Performance:
1. Combined main machineand the workbench structure; chain push-in manual feeding; line-pressing, slotting and angle cutting are finished in one time.
2. Slotting knife phase is electrically adjustable in plus/opposite phase using planetary gear mechanism, and can be adjusted in inching within 360 degrees, with adjusted data shown on a dial.
3. The main motor applies electormagnetic speed regualtion motor, and stepless speed regualation is avilable in the range of 0-70 pages/minute, easy for use.
4. The axial and left/right movement of slotting knife seat is manual inserting board adiustment; manual synchronized movement of upper/lower line-pressing wheel and knife seat can be achieved through inserted plate for each group of knife seat, easy for adjustment.
5. The feeding rooler also has pre-pressing function to enlarge the scope of applicable cardboards.
6. The gear material uses high quality carbon steel and high grade ball iron that have been regulation quality to high-frequency quehching or normalizing treatmentt at gearsurface, then has higher hardness; the gear is lubricated by means of drenching circulatory lubrication that improves gear's working condition, reduces noise and increases gear's lifespan.
(1) New-type sawtooth blades are applied.
(2) Arithmometer is available, easy to measure each batch production.
(3) Punching device is optional.
